Management
System monitoring
Our supervision tool regularly carries our measures on the different equipment constituting our hosting platforms (active elements, network, mutualized and dedicated servers...).
When your hosting is set up, we define the different quality measures to be carried out on your systems, which will constitute our service commitment.
Round the clock monitoring
Our monitoring tools supervise the equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Hardware Monitoring
Rigorous hardware monitoring is essential to anticipate evolutions in the hosted system. Our tools take charge of numerous control points, including:
Electricity power supply,
State of memory bars,
Number of processes,
CPU consumption,
Disc space occupation.
After defining the control points, we define together the alert thresholds which will trigger actions to correct or evolve.
Network supervision
As for the hosted servers, we supervise all the active elements of our network as well as our Internet links.
The various probes transmit the results of SNMP queries to our supervision tool which will set off the necessary alarms according to the degree of urgency.
Service monitoring
A platform proposing applications accessible by Internet uses various types of protocol according to the objective to be attained. When one of these protocols is no longer functioning, the service can no longer be provided.
Our monitoring system integrates the checking of the correct operation of the various services or protocols used. We monitor in particular the following protocols:
HTTP,
FTP,
SMTP,
DNS.
Checking the applications
On-line commerce website, critical work applications, the control of the correct operation of your applications forms an integral part of an effective monitoring system.
When your applications are set up, we build together the scenario for monitoring your application. We can limit the scenario to the simple checking that the data base is operating correctly, or we can extend it to regular measurement of your programs’ performances using complex queries.
