To support its global growth, Ecritel Group is seeking several Business Development Managers across Canada and the US with great knowledge in high level sales cycles with decision makers & C-Levers and managed cloud solutions. In addition to the sales development role within his region, he/she will ensure customer satisfaction from the phase of presales to full management of cloud architecture and final delivery to customers.

  • Part of the North America Sales Team, addressing customers’ needs and reaching new revenue targets
  • Generate qualified "leads" for our Managed cloud and CDN solutions
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities within the e-commerce & critical applications markets
  • Develop and implement sales strategy including research, presentations to decision makers, identification of needs, follow-ups and, in collaboration with different teams, support business proposals
  • Writing sales & marketing presentations & proposals for customers and prospects
  • Follow the sales cycle from A to Z until contract signature and delivery
  • Participate in the development of marketing ideas and promotional activities
  • Participate actively targeted campaigns to generate " inbound " queries
  • Reporting directly to the CEO North America.

  • Sharing knowledge, communication skills in French and English, reactivity, dynamism, initiative and ability to find the right information, are the main ingredients for success in this position.
  • Entrepreneurial, self- motivated and autonomous
  • Passionate about advanced technologies, e-commerce and SaaS
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate sales - B2B
  • Language: English mandatory – French mandatory only in Montreal, QC.
